Scottish Wildcats (felis silvestris grampias) are the only feline native to Scotland, and are said to be the only wild animal that can never be tamed, even when raised from birth. They have the appearance of a large, muscular tabby, but are rarely seen by people due to their shy nature. Sadly, there are as little as 400 left in the wild (making them more endangered than the amur tiger), so it is vital that we donate towards research so that the species can be saved from extinction.
